Jorge Capitanich y Analía Rach Quiroga continúan su recorrida por distintas localidades de la provincia con reuniones de trabajo y visitas a los distintos sectores con los que conformará un «gran acuerdo» para la Reforma Constitucional.
Este sábado la fórmula para la gobernación completó todo el sudoeste provincial, visitando Enrique Urien, Samuhu, San Bernardo, La Clotilde, La Tigra y Villa Berthet.
«El camino de la esperanza es irreversible, y lo que nos va a dar solvencia es un fuerte respaldo político el 13 de octubre, localidad tras localidad, paraje tras paraje», aseguró el intendente de Resistencia a un mes de las elecciones.
Esa solvencia que busca Capitanich es para «gobernar con un gran consenso y una activa participación ciudadana», para lo cual afirmó: «no voy a esperar hasta el 10 de diciembre, porque el modelo de Macri no da para más, por eso el 14 de octubre ya voy a empezar a conformar los equipos del gabinete».
Es que confía en un buen resultado porque «el pueblo tiene memoria por lo que hicimos y sabe que tenemos visión para lo que hay que hacer».
Más allá de los límites partidarios
«Nuestro pueblo nos exige construir más allá de los límites partidarios», dijo Capitanich para señalar que en la conformación del Frente Chaqueño convergen peronistas, radicales, socialistas, democristianos, independientes, entre muchas otras expresiones que dan cuenta de «unidad en la diversidad».
En esa línea ponderó a su compañera de fórmula Analía Rach al asegurar que «va a ser fundamental para construir el consenso político, económico y social» que necesitarán para materializar sus proyecciones de gobierno.
«Sí la voluntad del pueblo así lo decide después del 10 de diciembre vamos a volver a escribir las mejores páginas de nuestra historia», expresó la candidata a vicegobernadora.
Ejes de la Reforma
El candidato a gobernador presentó la plataforma para la Reforma Constitucional que pretende impulsar y para la cual necesita que el 13 de octubre no sea una victoria más, sino «un triunfo rutilante».
Puntualizó en límite de mandatos para cargos ejecutivos y legislativos, y reducción de legisladores de 32 a 25 con representación efectiva de las ocho microregiones. «El centralismo resistenciano también existe, entonces la participación ciudadana es lo que garantiza la reforma», consideró.
Otro punto es el concurso de antecedentes y oposición para todos los cargos del Poder Judicial con posibilidad de renovar solo una vez más por otros cinco años. «Nadie tiene que perpetuarse en los cargos, esta reforma promueve transparencia y renovación permanente», manifestó Capitanich.
En cuanto a la transparencia el anteproyecto propone la jerarquización constitucional del Juicio de Residencia y de la Oficina Anticorrupción, así como un sistema de cláusulas para candidatos a cargos electivos.
Obras y compromisos
Se comprometió con obras que tendrán «un impacto muy significativo para el progreso de la comunidad»: nuevas conexiones de energía eléctrica, la concreción del segundo acueducto del interior, conexiones domiciliarias de cloacas.
