En la recta final de la campaña proselitista para las elecciones del próximo 11 de agosto, integrantes de la lista Celeste y Blanca del Frente de Todos llegaron hasta Las Palmas y La Leonesa para compartir con vecinos, militantes y dirigentes locales actos de campaña en las que se analizó el proceso electoral y la importancia de acompañar en las urnas a este espacio.
En la oportunidad, el precandidato a senador por la Celeste y Blanca Domingo Peppo repasó lo que representó para su gestión al frente de la provincia contar con una administración central con prioridades distintas a la par de repasar la inversión en infraestructura que pudo efectuarse aun en un contexto adverso.
“Nos quieren hacer creer que somos cómplices de una política nefasta, nunca fuimos ni lo seremos, estamos en la vereda de enfrente lo que hicimos fue defender con uñas y dientes los recursos provinciales y pelear para arrancarle más fondos a un gobierno nacional que no tiene una mirada de que el capital debe estar al servicio de la producción y el trabajo y no de la especulación financiera”, dijo Peppo.
En esa línea, el también gobernador indicó que el departamento Bermejo fue uno de los que más respaldo tuvo en cuanto a inversiones en obras. Así, citó los recursos que debió destinar la provincia para el mejoramiento del Puerto Las Palmas, obras de pavimentación para La Leonesa y el avance que se está dando con la ruta 1 en el tramo que unirá General Vedia con La Leonesa.
“De los 10 legisladores nacionales que cuenta Chaco, me tocó gestionar solamente con el respaldo de dos, necesitamos diputados y senadores que trabajen en conjunto con el gobernador en una agenda que contenga las prioridades de los chaqueños”, detalló.
Gesto de grandeza
Respecto de la oferta electoral del Frente de Todos, Peppo subrayó la decisión de Cristina Fernández de convocar a Alberto Fernández a encabezar el proyecto político por el que busca que recuperar la Casa Rosada con una propuesta que encarne un modelo de país con foco en la gente.
“El gesto de grandeza que tuvo Cristina no se observó en la provincia hicimos lo imposible para lograr la unidad pero la mezquindad de unos pocos generó que ese consenso no llegue”, comentó.
En ese escenario, indicó que se conformó la lista Celeste y Blanca que también tiene una concepción diferente respecto a la construcción política. “Creemos en la participación colectiva, en escuchar a vecinos, empresarios, trabajadores y partir de allí generar las soluciones integrales, no comulgamos con quienes entienden que el ejercicio de la política es iluminados que se creen superiores y salvadores”, comentó.
Esfuerzo militante
Para finalizar, convocó a la militancia a efectuar un esfuerzo en estos últimos días de campaña para llevar casa por casa la propuesta de la Celeste y Blanca del Frente de Todos.
