Piero Bruno Hugo Fontana, más conocido como Hugo del Carril, fue un productor, director de cine, actor, guionista y cantante argentino nacido en Buenos Aires el 30 de noviembre de 1912.
En 1945 estrenó junto a Libertad Lamarque “La cabalgata del circo”, que contó con la participación de la futura primera dama Eva Duarte. Además, grabó la Marcha Peronista.
Murió en Buenos Aires el 13 de agosto de 1989.
