A nivel municipal, la candidata a intendente por la Lista 658 del Frente Chaqueño, María Luisa Chomiak, la candidata a presidente del Concejo Deliberante, Alejandra Campos y demás candidatos de la lista, acompañan a la fórmula de Jorge Capitanich y Analía Rach Quiroga para las elecciones provinciales del 13 de octubre.
Chomiak, actual intendente charatense, busca su reelección en un segundo mandato para continuar con el proyecto de transformación de la comuna que viene realizando desde 2015.
Forma parte del 16% de las intendencias que son ejercidas por mujeres en la provincia: esto significa 11 municipios sobre un total de 69.
