La misma se reunió con quórum de los diputados Juan Manuel Pedrini (Pte), Juan José Bergia, Carina Batalla y Leandro Zdero quienes trataron asuntos que se encontraban en el temario y que tienen preferencia para la sesión del próximo miércoles 2 de octubre.
Uno de ellos fue un proyecto de ley que fue presentado por la diputada Claudia González que propone instrumentar la construcción de vivienda única, familiar y permanente, de tipología rural, a las comunidades indígenas adjudicatarias de tierras en Reserva Grande Aborígen, creada por la Constitución Provincial 1957-1994. Dicha iniciativa contaba con dictamen favorable del radicalismo y la posición de permanencia en cartera del oficialismo, posiciones que fueron ratificados en este ente encuentro.
Por otra parte, abordaron un proyecto enviado por el Poder Ejecutivo por el cual se propone ratificar el decreto Nº 2643 que fijó a partir del 01 de noviembre de 2018, para el cálculo porcentual del concepto de Seguridad Bonificación Especial creada por el Artículo 3° del Decreto N° 2977/12, diferentes porcentajes para los Agentes Policiales que revistan en la Jurisdicción 21 – Policía Provincial. Al respecto Bergia y Pedrini ratificaron el dictamen favorable mientras que Batalla y Zdero propusieron que permanezca en la comisión.
