A través de un decreto firmado este martes, confirmaron que el Cronograma Electoral para los comicios generales y el de 65 municipio quedan fijados para el 13 de octubre y una eventual segunda vuelta para el 10 noviembre.
El juez del Tribunal Electoral, Orlando Beinaravicius, en contacto con Ciudad TV sostuvo que “hubo que modificar el calendario electoral con la fecha de elecciones del 13 de octubre”.
“Las elecciones serán el 13 de octubre, se lo acordó en carácter urgente para dar seguridad y certeza jurídica”, afirmó.
“El Tribunal Electoral tiene que seguir con los pasos que corresponden conforme a la ley electoral y las constituciones provincial y nacional, en consecuencia, tenemos que dar los pasos para garantizar las elecciones”, manifestó.
